The Edna McConnell Clark Foundation has announced a new nationwide grant competition to identify and fund nonprofit organizations that are delivering transformative services to disadvantaged youth. As one of the inaugural intermediary grantmakers for the federal Social Innovation Fund, EMCF will grant $10 million in SIF funds and $10 million in matching funds from the foundation's endowment to eight to ten high-performing, youth-serving nonprofits in 2011.
